Begun in a single room
in Jagatpura.
Asha Group began in 1998 as a small architectural studio in Jagatpura. Our first commission was a four-storey residence on a quiet lane nearby — a building still occupied by the family it was made for. From it, we learned everything we still believe: that scale should be intimate, that detail should be quiet, and that a building is only finished when the people inside forget it was built at all.
Today we work entirely within Jagatpura — across its sectors and along its newer arterials. The practice remains intentionally small. We take on fewer projects each year than the market expects, and we are slow to hand them over.
To build places in Jagatpura that earn their permanence — through care, proportion and patience.
